4.1 Registration

To access the full features of jl jl Casino, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information.

4.2 Single Account Policy

Each Player may register only one Account. jl jl Casino employs technical and manual processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are detected for the same individual, jl jl Casino reserves the right to consolidate or close the additional accounts, and to void any bonuses or winnings associated with them.

4.3 Account Security

4.4 Account Currency

5.1 Deposits

jl jl Casino accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, Coins.ph, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposited funds must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties are prohibited and may trigger an AML review.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to your registered GCash or Maya wallet, or to the bank account from which a deposit was originally made. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit jl jl Casino's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law.

13.1 Termination by You

You may close your jl jl Casino Account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all active bonuses will be forfeited, and any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC completion.

13.2 Termination by jl jl Casino

jl jl Casino reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required period
• Suspected fraudulent or criminal activity, including AML violations
• A direction from PAGCOR or any competent regulatory or law enforcement authority
• Extended inactivity — Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant

13.3 Dormant Accounts

Dormant accounts with a positive Real Money Balance will be maintained for a period of 36 months from the date of last login. jl jl Casino will attempt to contact you via your registered email prior to any administrative action on a dormant account.

jl jl Casino processes your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the full terms set out in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

By registering an Account, you consent to jl jl Casino collecting, processing, and retaining your personal data for the purposes of account management, payment processing, KYC/AML compliance, PAGCOR regulatory reporting, fraud prevention, and customer support.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be referred to jl jl Casino's internal dispute resolution process by submitting a formal complaint to [email protected]. jl jl Casino will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a resolution within 14 calendar days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanism, in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures. As a final recourse, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
